Somatic Human Design for HSP's

In this introductory mini-course, our primary objectives are to provide a foundational understanding of the HSP trait, a brief overview of the Human Design system, as well as a more integrated understanding of why somatic-based approaches, such as nervous system regulation, are supportive for those with HSP.

Begin to uncover how the Human Design system can be used as a tool for nervous system regulation and personal energy management, establishing greater wellbeing and sustainability for those with sensitive nervous systems.

Participants can anticipate gaining insight into the impact of stress management, as well as the process of overstimulation that, over time, can cause the common HSP symptoms of overwhelm and burnout.

By the end of this mini-course, students will have the foundational vocabulary and understanding needed to begin the process of fostering deeper wellbeing and ease in their everyday lives.
